2、项目简要说明：
本项目为中牟县东风路小学校园维修改造竞争性谈判工程项目（采购立项审批编号：
中牟政采竞谈-2015-04-40）。

3、投标人资质要求：
（1）谈判供应商必须符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定，参加谈判的企业必须具有独立法人资格，具有事实完成本项目的技术力量、经济实力和完善的售后服务体系。
( 2 ) 谈判供应商须具有建筑工程施工总承包三级（含三级）及以上资质、项目负责人（项目经理）具有建筑工程专业贰级以上（含贰级）建造师注册证书。
（3）本项目不接受联合体谈判。
